About me
My name is Beckie Jepson
I worked as a Primary School Class Teacher for 23 years in both Staffordshire and Shropshire. Throughout my teaching career, I have been passionate about delivering a creative and stimulating curriculum tailored to my students' needs. During my 13 years as a Special Educational Needs and Disabilities Coordinator (SENDCo), I developed a deep commitment to supporting children with Special Educational Needs. I am dedicated to recognising that all children have unique strengths, and I have worked tirelessly to celebrate the whole child and meet their accademeic, social and emotional needs.

In Shropshire, I provided invaluable support to children, families, and staff, helping them achieve their full potential. My work with Spectra Inclusion, broadened my experience to encompass working with school students and their families in both Primary and Secondary education. Additionally, I have delivered training to staff and families, equipping them with the skills to support children with SEND effectively.
